Q. Is Delivery Discreet?
A. Yes. All packages are sent out in plain packaging
with no mention of the contents or sender.
Q. What currencies you you
accept?
A. We do deliver abroard but
we ask you to contact us first by email should you wish to
ask a question with regard to specific timelines.
Q. What Are
Your Delivery Times?
A. Your products
will usually
arrive with you within 2-3 days of purchase (although we
cannot be responsible for royal mail or courier problems).
We aim to post all orders by the next working day but where
possible some orders are posted same day.
If there is
likely to be any delay with delivery for whatever reason -
such as stock levels - we will notify you to enable you to
choose whether to proceed with your order or choose another
product.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will
keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling
you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to
us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
Q. How do I order?
A. Ordering is simple and straightforward.
Simply place your items in the shopping basket - each time
you will be transferred back to the shop - when you have
finished shopping click on 'checkout' and follow the
instructions.

How can I pay for my goods?
A. We
have various ways of payment.
Cards: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Paypal: For those who want to use their Paypal account
to transfer money we also offer that option.
Cheques: Cheques can also be posted. Cheques will need
to clear before despatch of goods. Cheques should be made
payable to Danvik Solutions.
Q. Are there extra fees for using my credit
card?
A. No. We do not charge an extra fee for the
use of any payment method including credit cards. The price
you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Q. What happens after I make my payment?
A. You will receive an confirmation email of
your purchase within minutes of placing your order. Once
your order has been shipped you will receive another email.
Many orders are shipped same day with every effort being
made to ship within 24hours. (Mon-Fri)
(For any future reference, please print and
keep a hardcopy of your emailed transaction receipt and all
correspondence emails).
Q. When will my credit card be debited?
A. Once we have received your purchase
request we will begin to process you order. Please be aware
that full payment will be taken from your card when we have
accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped.
Q. Do I need To Open A Paypal Account To
Order From your Store?
A. No. Paypal have now changed their policy
and you no longer need to have an account with them. You
will be given the choice at checkout.
Q. I am trying to pay using my credit card
as I do not have a Paypal account/do not want to use my
Paypal account but I get a message informing me that I have
an account and should login with my password?
A. If, at any time in the past you have
registered with Paypal they will have retained your email
details and that is why they are requesting this
information. You can either use a different email address
which they don't recognise, or you can choose to use
Nochex as an alternative payment provider. Nochex is a
UK company and works in much the same way as Paypal and you
do not need an account with them either. If you continue to
have problems please do not hesitate to contact us either by
email or on the above telephone
number.
Q. Is my online payment secure?
A. Yes. Both payment providers use Secure Sockets Layer
protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the
highest level commercially available) so you have no need to worry
whether your data is safe. Further details can be seen on their
websites.
We always ask for the customers card verification value (CVV)
on all transaction requests to help prevent fraud.
The
CVV is the 3 digit number on the back of the card.
Q. What happens if I want
to return my purchase for any reason?
A. Please refer to our
refunds
and returns Policy.
Q. I would like to sell some of your
products how can I do that?
A. We have two ways in which you can sell our
products. We offer a wholesale service to traders
with a minimum order of £100 inc vat. We source our products
from many different suppliers so ordering from us gives you
a wide selection of party items at a very low financial cost
to yourself. This is great for very small businesses and
party planners etc.
